Job Description:

Work with the Conference
Director and travel agency in coordinating travel arrangements for scheduled panelists

Work with the Office
Manager in coordinating hotel accommodations for panelists

1   
Work with the Transportation
Coordinator on airport arrivals and departures for panelists

1   
Maintain and
organize all communication with panelists

Salary: $500 for entire period

Job Requirements:

Must be
organized

Must have good
communication skills

Must be able to
multi-task

Must hide
personal agendas. You will be in constant communication with industry
professionals and representing the Austin Film Festival

Must be
available in late August through the end of October
