Established in 2003, Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival is now China’s sole state-level documentary film festival. GZODC 2015 is to be held in early December in Guangzhou Library in the east costal city Guangzhou, China. The four-day long Festival is comprised of mainly six sections: Competition (The Golden Kapok Awards), DocuMart, and Industry Networking, Forums, Training and Public Screening; GZDOC 2014 received 3054 entries from 85 countries and regions submitted and it has now become part of international documentary market, an excellent platform for international cultural communications.
