The festival is organized by the students of SVKM's Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management,India with the vision to promote student filmmakers on a global level. sixteen:nine, a film festival with a difference not only in terms of being a platform for showcasing talent but also as a learning experience for filmmakers.
