The Festival du nouveau cinéma is pleased to announce the films for the Focus lineup (Quebec/Canada), including the opening film Mars et Avril by Martin Villeneuve to be screened on October 11 at the Cinéma Impérial. This year, the section highlighting the wide-ranging Quebec and Canadian film industry will feature 10 films in competition and six out of competition.

The Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) is pleased to pre-announce several films on this year’s program, giving a sneak peek at what promises to be an exciting anniversary edition. One hundred domestic and foreign films will be screened during the 15th RIDM, from November 7 to 18 at the Cinémathèque québécoise, Cinéma Excentris, the Grande Bibliothèque and Concordia University.
