The 40th Toronto International Film Festival® comes to a close with record highs for industry attendance, including more than 2,100 buyers for a 9% increase over last year. Lineups around the block Toronto streets for movie tickets, rush lines are accompanied by well meaning shouting at you volunteers the norm.
