The Noemart
film festival first edition will be hosted both in Collevecchio town and San
Polo Sabino (Ri) and will run from the 17 to the 19 of September 2010.
“Awarding the documentary with an artistic value”  is what the festival will be focusing on.The festival
to this purpose proposes a whole module dedicated to documentary on Art only,
in order of inspiring a new way of thinking and meditate on the assonance
between art and documentary.

Admission

Anyone can
enroll for the festival

allowed for each documentery : 90 min

-the work
to be presented issued not earlier than 2007

Festival
Modules:

-Overlooking
the world: competitive session designed for those who are presenting
documentaries treating any topic.

-Noemart:
Competitive session reserved to documentaries on Art only

-Panoramica
doc: non competitive session where a wider range of works will be considered
such as monographic documentaries on film directors both national and
international

Workshops,
exposition, events, of any sort will provide the perfect scenario for the
documentaries shown during the festival.

It’ll focus
on the breaking down of cultural barriers itself, involving, the province, with
the rest of the world, and a variety of people, nations, civilizations and
continents ,in the pursuit of the Art in documentaries then in life.
