As director of CFC Media Lab, she provides strategic leadership, fiscal development, program design and creative direction for all of the Centre’s new media initiatives, including the development and production of a diverse range of critically acclaimed interactive narrative prototypes. Interactive Project Lab Interactive Narrative Feature Program Michael Peyser is an accomplished producer of both major studio movies as well as cutting edge independent films. He has spent his career mastering the challenges of the film industry both as a producer and a studio executive. Most recently he produced Imagining Argentina starring Antonio Banderas and Emma Thompson under the direction of renowned British writer/director Christopher Hampton (Dangerous Liaisons, The Quiet American). Michael launched the cult classic comedy Haiku Tunnel which premiered and was snapped up for distribution at the Sundance Film Festival. SLC Punk! – a Sony Classics indie hit – also made its debut at Sundance. He worked for many years with Woody Allen, first as a production supervisor on Manhattan then as production manager on Stardust Memories and became Associate Producer on the following acclaimed Allen pictures: The Purple Rose of Cairo, Broadway Danny Rose, Zelig, and A Midsummer Night’s Sex Comedy. He was executive in charge of production on the huge hit comedy Arthur (starring Dudley Moore and Sir John Gielgud in his Oscar-winning performance). Early in his career he worked on Milos Forman’s musical Hair and the classic thriller Marathon Man. Michael has also been a motion picture executive and was the founding Senior Vice President of Hollywood Pictures at Disney where he supervised creative development, production and a broad release schedule for an extensive slate of films. A New York native who makes his home with his wife and two daughters in Los Angeles, he enjoys the challenges and camaraderie of filmmaking and embraces all aspects of managing the creative endeavor. Aviva Silver, European Commission Alki David In the past three years has Alki set up an independent Rock label, which he distributes through Universal Music UK. He has also partnered with Matt Rhodes and Judd Payne in hot Hollywood indie shingle Persistent Pictures. His love for Film and Television has not dwindled. Most recently in 2004 Alki acted in a starring role for TNT's hit mini-series, The Grid. Alki's love for the style of Italian Cinema, led him to write produce direct and star in the much acclaimed, Greek co-production The Freediver. When you meet Alki you will find a calm self-assured pinnacle of strength. Beneath that calm exterior is an incredibly creative and dynamic personality to whom most are instantly, drawn to. In 2006, Alki launched 111 Pictures Ltd is a UK-based independent production and international sales company. A partnership between filmmaker, actor and business tycoon Alki David and veteran film producer Elliott Kastner. In 1995 he founded BIOS (Ancient Greek for Life), a non profit marine conservation agency which performs massive underwater cleanups all over Greece and whose members lecture at the high-school level as to the importance of maintaining a healthy marine environment. BIOS sponsors and organises World Record Freediving events on Alki's Greek island home of Spetses. Malo Girod de l'Ain, CEO Previously, he was involved in the computer software industry for more than 10 years. He held VP and President positions in venture capital and software publishing companies and was a management and data processing consultant in New York and Paris. He holds a doctorate in engineering in addition to a law diploma. Alain Coiffier Bertrand Decoux: Eastman Kodak Company Prior to his current appointment, Decoux has served as general manager, Entertainment Imaging Services and Vice President, Entertainment Imaging, out of EI headquarters in Hollywood, CA. In that position, he led a Strategic Product Group within EI, focused on expanding Kodak’s participation in the digital post-production services industry. Entertainment Imaging Services comprises leading post-production companies – Laser Pacific Inc. and Cinesite Europe Ltd. – as well as a network of services operations in Emerging Markets around the world. During his career at Kodak, Decoux held a broad range of senior management positions, serving in Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and Sales & Marketing and building a global experience through multiple international assignments. Bertrand Decoux, French native, is a graduate of the “Ecole Polytechnique - France”. He is based at Kodak’s Entertainment Imaging European headquarters in Geneva. Bruno Chatelin He has been in charge of the launch of over 250 films during his tenure as Marketing Director and Managing Director for Columbia TriStar Films and Twentieth Century FOX.
