The VIFFAC, Vesoul International Festival of Asian Cinema, is organized by the association of the International Festival of Asian Cinema. This association aims to organize the festival and through it to promote Asian cinematography, to make known and recognized the city and the Agglomeration of Vesoul, the department of Haute-Saône and the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. It is a member of NETPAC (Network for the Promotion of Asia-Pacific Cinema).

Le FICA, Festival International des Cinémas d'Asie de Vesoul, est organisé par l’association du Festival International des Cinémas d’Asie. Cette association a pour objectif d'organiser le festival et à travers lui de promouvoir les cinématographies asiatiques, de faire connaître et reconnaître la ville et l'Agglomération de Vesoul, le département de la Haute-Saône et la région de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Il est adhérent du NETPAC (Network for the Promotion of Asia-Pacific Cinema).
