The SCENECS International Debut Film Festival (est. 2006) is a Dutch filmfestival that is organized every year in March and is being held in de city’s Hilversum and Amersfoort. SCENECS offers new directors and producers the possibility to show their FIRST (or SECOND) film to the big public.
