Pawnee Nation College today announced the First Annual Native Arts + Media Festival to be held October 24-27, 2012 in Pawnee, Okla. The festival will feature American Indian talent in film, video, arts and crafts, with judging in various categories for all entries.
The four-day festival will also feature:

• activities and events for the whole family
•  artist demonstrations
• storytelling
• children’s programming
• poetry slams
• a leadership conference for Native students

The festival is now accepting submissions by filmmakers in all genres of film and video by and/or about Indigenous people.
