The true 'bare bones' budgeted features with high production values with budgets less than a million dollars and an 'indiewood' budget category of $1-$5 million dollars.   The festival also accepts documentarys, animation, music videos, tv pilots, short films and unproduced screenplays shorts to features.  Red Carpet Awards, live entertainment, panels, speakers and live screenplay readings.
