The 60 Seconds or Less Video Festival embraces short-form videos in all genres. Sponsored by Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland the festival offers awards and screening opportunities for an international audience. Two categories - 1) videos 60 seconds or less 2) videos 30 minutes or less.
