The festival will present to the public and to the professionals a selection of wide ranging humorous, ironic and offbeat works from the 27 countries of the european union and russia. During the event, well-known cinematographers and representatives of the film industry will give master classes and round tables focused on short films as a specific cinematographic art form and related topics such as directing, producing and distributing short films within the european union and russia.
