Amaze on and on: Citadel: Honey Bunny (Hindi)
Raj and D.K. The duo that always pay! They take-over Citadel from and name their series Honey Bunny. “We believe in giving titles that are in sharp contrast to the content of the show. (Well, what else would you say about The Family Man and Guns and Gulabs, for example?”). Honey and Bunny, co-incidentally, happen to be the names of the leading pair, Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, in the series. This is Varun Dhawan’s stre...

A Serbian “documentary-satire” that doesn’t really have a genre other than the fact, “thank goodness you don’t live in Serbia.”
Broken up in 24 vignettes in a mere one hour, this deadpan and morbidly hilarious take on “modern” Serbia looks like a society so backward even Sasha Baron Cohen’s Borat would complain about its primitiveness.
It’s a sad tale, to be sure, but an important one that gives strange insig...

HERE & THERE: Tamo i Ovde from DARKO LUNGULOV
Serbian filmmaker Darko Lungulov made his 2009 feature HERE & THERE based on personal experience as "a man with a van" in New York City.
On a DIY mission in both the making of the film and distributing it, he wove the story of being a Serbian immigrant into a rich tale of loss and love.
Using unusual talent...

The idea to establish the Film Festival of Serbia was the result of the need for an event of national significance which would establish criteria for quality films as well as promote acknowledged film authors and their work in the context of national film.
