"Found Objects" is set to have its US premiere at the Johnstown Film Festival in Johnstown, PA on September 6th, 2013. The film stars 5x Emmy Award winner Joey D'Auria, Emanuele Secci from George Clooney's popular Italian fastweb.it spot, and British actress Jo-Anne Krupa. It was shot on the Canon C300 by Brandon Bondehagen.

The Best Screenplay Award from CinemAvvenire Film Festival for Ron de Cana Productions' 2012 film "Found Objects" was received by director/writer Dawn Westlake yesterday in Los Angeles. Posing with her here is actor Emanuele Secci who, with Claudia Praolini (Concorto Film Festival in Pontenure), oversaw the Italian subtitling of the film.

"Found Objects" screenwriter/director Dawn Westlake received a Special Jury Award for Best Screenplay at CinemAvvenire Film Festival in Rome, Italy on Sunday, June 23, 2013. Festival director Sergio Di Lino communicated with award winners ahead of time to ask for an acceptance message or video from those unable to attend the festivities.
