Hollywood
Dances With Films, now in its 14th year, champions the unflinching spirit at the very core of the independent film scene. While the vast majority of film fests rely heavily on celebrity, we have relied on the innovation, talent, creativity and sweat equity that revolutionized the entertainment industry. And that reliance continues to prove successful with alumni moving on to write and direct celebrity-studded vehicles, star in blockbuster movies and network series, produce multi-million dollar films and create hit TV shows. Oh....and we even have a few OSCAR® nominees... In a world of formulaic, homogenized film festivals Dances With Films continues to break the rules
One of the main goals of the CineStory Screenwriting Awards is to select up-and-coming screenwriters for mentorship programs. To this end, the semifinalists of each year's competition are invited to the exclusive CineStory Writers' Retreat, a four-day intensive program held in the Fall.
THE CINESTORY WRITERS' RETREAT
CineStory's Retreat is dedicated to the advancement of great new voices in screenwriting. Retreat attendees are chosen from the top writers of our annual competition, the CineStory Screenwriting Awards.
For four days, writers enjoy direct access to working Hollywood professionals. They receive career and craft advice from some of the best in the business - a truly unique opportunity.

CANADIAN DREAM
The Movie " Canadian Dream" is a great guide for new immigrants in Canada. It introduces new immigrants to the challenges parents, and children may face if the wrong way if they take the wrong route. It gives an important message to parents to know what their children, and teens are doing, to trust your intuition, and that there are resources in Canada that can provide help to new immigrants. Immigrants, and immigrant children are the future of Canada, it is a story about changing our old cultural view, and really becoming a Canadian of acceptance, and rejection.
