A Festival that aims to promote the territorial identities of the whole world and to enhance their cultures and typicality through the cinematic narration of food and wine traditions.
At the same time, the Festival aims to promote and enhance the talents of national and international independent cinema to allow them a fruitful exchange of experiences, direct comparison with professionals in the sector and the expansion of skills, as well as to increase the possibility of making themselves known from a wider audience.
Opinions vary as to whether we should eat meat. Between At the Fork director John Papola and his producer wife Lisa Versaci, these range from yes, but to hell no. He’s an omnivore; she’s a vegan. That tension — and Papola’s gradual rethinking of food politics — peppers their new film about how animals are raised for our consumption.

The Food Film Festival is a three-day festival on everything related to food: eating in the broadest sense of the word. There is so much to say about food and at the same time how and what we eat says so much about us. Food is culture; food is identity. During three days the Food Film Festival attempts to cover all aspects of everything related to food. Aside from documentaries, feature films, animation, short and experimental films the festival boasts a variety of debate, lectures, live shows and workshops. This broad approach leads to the multifaceted program the subject deserves. The Food Film Festival believes that good stories have the power to transform the world. By creating a stage for food stories the Food Film Festival hopes to convey the love for food and at the same time it denounces the many problems related to our current day food system.

Set on the edge of the Thar Desert in India and in the middle of the biggest camel fair, this film looks at the lesser known side of one of world’s most visited, filmed and photographed destinations to highlight an issue that concerns over 2.5 billion people on our planet.
Marche Forville
In the real world, festivals for most attendees are more hard work than glamorous non-stop parties. For those of us who struggle to find time for anything but work over the first stretch of the Cannes Marche du Film, here are a few survival tips that have always helped me:
1. Carry water and bring a lunch. The two things that will keep you going throughout the day are also the things that tend to get put off til later... and you realize that at 6pm, you haven't had an...
The Napa Valley Film Festival takes place November 11 - 15 (Wednesday - Sunday) in the four walk-able villages of Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, and Calistoga. Director: Vadim Viner.
Cabbagemincer has exquisite taste. He knows a lot about how to shred the cabbage. In addition, he is a great admirer of the beauty of female feet.
When summer rolls around just before the film festival, more and more restaurants open up, more stands get built so that and you cannot walk 20 feet without seeing some place to get some grub. Needless to say, the French don't like to stay hungry. The variety of food is great as are the different ways and places to eat. From candy tables, ice cream stands, panini shops, and small outdoor terraces, see how the real Cannois, as well as all of the visitors eat!
