Director Hilmi Etikan
 Born in Giresun-Turkey, 1949.Documentary film director. Director of  “Istanbul International Short Film Festival ” Graduate of "Hacettepe University-Ankara 1973" and the " Litterature Master Sorbonne of Paris- 1976". 
After leaving the “French Film Conservatory – Paris 1976 “ he went back to Turkey and organized courses in photography and filmmaking.  

Has puplished many articles on cinema and photography in various newpapers and magazines.
