The 8th annual San Diego International Children`s Film Festival showcases short live-action and animated films from around the world made for children. The festival takes place July 24 - Aug. 7, 2011 at Comic-Con International, the Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park and the Carlsbad City Library.
