Transportation Coordinator
Job Description:
The Transportation
Coordinator will be responsible for evaluating the festival’s logistical needs
The Transportation Coordinator will work with the Travel Coordinator and Office
Manager to develop and facilitate a plan to accommodate those needs in a timely
and safe manner.
Salary: $1,000 for entire period
Job Duties Include:
- Recruit and manage a small staff of qualified volunteer
drivers - Manage the use of up to 12 vehicles
- Transport attendees and some equipment (if
needed)
Job Requirements:
The Transportation
Coordinator must be over the age of 25, reliable, accountable, and organized with
a clean driving record and current driving insurance. Candidates must be
available part time from mid September to mid October and full time throughout
the festival (October 22-29). The
driving includes trips from the airport to the hotels and vice versa.
