Quebec Film To Open The Montreal World Film Festival

Monday, August 20--------The Montreal World Film Festival will open on Friday, August 24th with the world premiere of a film from the local Quebec film industry.  BLUFF, by Marc-Andre Lavoie and Simon Olivier Fecteau, will open theatrically in Canada on September 7th.
