Fest21 moved to much faster servers

In order to create a faster and more efficient communications tool, our 4 server hardware configuration has been hugely upgraded with new, much faster servers. While we did experience a technical down time for a brief period, it has been kept to a minimum, so that our clients can continue to post news and information for our expanding readership.

To allow the site to keep up with the expanded readership and individual contributions, we have put into place redundant servers for safety and also load balancing servers. This means that the querie load is divided between the servers for much greater efficiency, which also provides fullproof security. Even if one server is down for repair, the others can continue, with no noticeable changes on the site.

- 24/7/365 secure & controled facility

- Daily, weekly, monthly outside backup

- Distant reboot

So now, pages should really load quickly and efficiently.
