Millenium Web-doc Meetings :
During the first weekend, the festival organizes the Millenium Web-doc meetings, which are international meeting in honor of the web-documentary. Many experts in this field meet during this weekend and exchange ideas and and visions.
The Web language is in constant evolution, the web-documentary can enjoy it and offer an alternative to the linear narration. It provides new writing forms, new aesthetics, and more possibilities concerning the interactivity, funding and diffusion.
Over the years, the Millenium team managed to create an annual gathering that looks like a family reunion between web professionals. This is an opportunity for young filmmakers to create contacts and present their web-doc project.

The Festival will take place from Friday March 20th to Saturday March 28th.
Locations : Bozar, Cinéma Aventure, Cinéma des Galeries, CIVA, Espace Senghor, Institut Culturel Hongrois, Point Culture.

For its 7th edition, the Millenium Festival invites you to discover the fascinating and intriguing world of documentary movies with a selection of movies that come from all parts of the world. During 9 days, from the 20th to the 28th of March, you will be able to meet directors and discover new intriguing and disturbing movies that allow you to discover another facet of the world.
The Millenium Festival is above all a place of exchange, solidarity, freedom of speech and thoughts. This edition will host the first Futurology Congress, which purpose will be to tackle the crucial issues of our society thanks to the participation of distinguished speakers and through the eyes of the directors that let us see the beginnings of tomorrow’s world. Be ready to embrace new perspectives…
The screenings will take place in several cinemas in Brussels including the Bozar, the Cinema Galeries and the Cinema Aventure.
