5. FIŠ/FISch - small and independent film productions

Zveza tolminskih mladinskih društev is issuing

AN APPLICATION

for the participation in the 5th Fisch

festival of small and independent film productions

1.    All small and independent film and video productions have the right to participate in the festival;

2.    Documentary, short feature, animated and experimental films can participate;

3.    Each prosuction can participate with 5 films maximum;

4.    It is desired that the film length does not exceed 20 minutes for feature, animated and experimental, and 30 minutes for documentary films;

5.    The participating films have to be produced in the 2008 – 2010 period;

6.    The film copies have to be sent on Mini DV or DVD format.

7.    This information should be supplied with each film:

•    full film title (original and English)

•    a short sinopsys

•    technical film data (length, year of production, filming technique,    authors)

•    one or more snapshots from the film

•    a bio-filmography with the author’s photograph, a telephone number and e-mail address;

8.    Parts of films (up to 2 min) can be used for promotional use of the festival and can be shown at other similar festivals with which we have a festival promotion agreement.

9.    Participating films should be submitted until 30. August 2010. All the films sended until this date will be accepted. There is no fee for inscription.

10.    If films aren’t in the Slovenian language they should include subtitles (Slovenian or English).

11.    The film copies will not be returned but kept for festival archival purposes.
