The 9th annual Reno Film Festival will spotlight film screenings, educational sessions, a dinner gala and more. The festival will kick-off with a biking-themed film in Wingfield Park in downtown Reno on Wednesday, June 17, in conjunction with the Tour de Nez bike race. The next night will be another free film in the park called Movie on the Mayor, which Reno City Mayor Bob Cashell is sponsoring this evening. Hollywood insider Bobby Logan’s 1 Day Film School returns this year as do screenings of the Reno Indie Competition finalists.
