Potenza Int. Film Festival 2009

Potenza IFF (December 1st-5th 2009) is designed as a platform of research and study, and as an
opportunity to give voice and space to the different forms and artistic
trends of new international cinema. Particular attention is paid to
emerging, independent and experimental cinema, young independent film
directors and new technologies. Each section - including the
non-competitive ones - promotes the diffusion of works by new film
directors as a result of their stylistic and formal research, of their
use of new tecnologies and forms of expressions. It encourages the
exchanges between film directors and the promotion of Basilicata region
as poetic link between landscape, light and sound.
