We are now accepting submissions for the 23rd Philadelphia Film Festival (Oct 16-26, 2014). All filmmakers will be notified as to whether their submissions were accepted or rejected in September 2014.

Deadlines & Entry Requirements for Feature Length Films

• May 23 | Early Bird: $40
• June 27 | Regular Deadline: $50
• July 25 | Late Deadline: $60
• August 8 | WAB Extended Deadline: $75

Runtime

Features/Documentaries/Local: minimum 50 minutes

Shorts: maximum 50 minutes

Completion Date

Projects completed after October 1, 2013

Place of Origin

Projects may originate from anywhere in the world

Premiere Status

Projects must be a premiere in Philadelphia

Distribution Status

Projects may have distribution

Submission fees vary based on deadline dates. As a general rule, we are unable to return submissions under any circumstances. Please retain a copy for yourself.
