PARISCIENCE is a film festival which crosses science with cinema to shed light on the evolution of the various scientific disciplines and their impact on society. Each year, the festival showcases the very best of French and international science-themed films.
The 12th edition of Pariscience will be held from October 6th to October 11th 2016 at the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle and at the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris.
6 endowed prices and an Audience Price will be awarded.
To submit a film, please start by filling in the online form. Afterwards, send us your film by WeTransfer and then you will have to send us the submission sheet of your film and the regulations, along with a downloadable link of the film (WeTransfer/Vimeo). The festival is looking for films produced in 2015 or 2016 in screening format Quicktime or Blu-ray.
Entry fees for the festival are :
From February 15th to February 29th 2016, Early Bird entry fee : 20 Euros per film.
From March 1st to April 30th 2016, entry fee : 30 Euros per film.
From May 1st to May 15th 2016, late submission entry fee : 40 Euros per film.

PARISCIENCE is a film festival which crosses science with cinema to shed light on the evolution of the various scientific disciplines and their impact on society.
Each year, the festival showcases the very best of French and international science-themed films. Many of the films had never been shown on French television.
The festival runs for 6 days in early October and is held at the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris. It is organised by the Association Science & Télévision (AST), a collective of independent production companies working to promote science on television and developing relationships between the audiovisual sector and the scientific world (www.science-television.com).
