The 54th Vision du Réèl edition's talks and meetings

   

This year again, Visions du Réel offers meetings, debates and masterclasses open to the public! Come meet us in the morning at La Colombière for the Morning Talks in the presence of directors of the 2023 edition, listen to our prestigious guests' masterclasses at l'Usine à Gaz, or walk the streets of Nyon as part of our balades thématiques after the screenings!  

Morning Talks: early meetings

Every morning, come meet filmmakers and film representatives of the Festival's selection. It is an opportunity to discuss the programme's thematics, to hear stories of the making of these movies and to share experiences and movie practices.

Masterclasses: the 2023 Guests

Each year, the three Guests of the edition embody a certain vision of the Festival and of the cinema. Through these three cinematographic worlds, we endeavour to put forward an idea of the cinema(s) we wish to defend – a partial definition of the richest and most exciting gifts that contemporary cinema has to offer. Do not miss the masterclasses of Lucrecia Martel, Alice Rohrwacher and Jean-Stéphane Bron!

In the heart of Nyon or on the Léman's shore, enjoy the beautiful scenery and animated discussions during our balades thématiques! Participants let their minds wander during a relaxing stroll, while exploring the theme of a film with the production team or passionate researchers.
