The scandalous TV host Quyen is proposed by her longtime boyfriend, Jack. Aiming to discover the mysterious disappearance from showbiz of an illustrious celebrity Thai Tuyet Mai, Jack's mother, Quyen travels to her fiancé's hometown in Hue royal city for his family's party. Quyen is unprepared to learn that Jack is the scion as well as the heir of one of the country’s wealthiest families. Jack’s mother with prejudice to showbiz extremely disapproves of this relationship. The intense cold war officially breaks out between the two astute ladies.
