An office complex wishes for a love story before demolition. It chooses the lonely misfits for this story; those who go through security rounds at night, scrub toilets, experiment with recipes or rehearse their final speech. A poetic and twisted kaleidoscope that centers around desire, security and melodious noises which move through the entire fabric of the building.

SYNOPSIS

SEKURITAS is a playful, melancholic nocturne, everyday study and fairy tale at the same time. An office building that will soon be demolished has one last wish: to experience a love story. And the most curious characters come into question - the loners of the night shift: The mysterious guard woman, who is distant and restless because of her control work, the Arab cleaner who listens to radio news from his hometown that make him even more lonely, the confused secretary yearning for a family, the freaky cook experimenting on his final recipe, and the boss rehearsing his closing speech in front of empty chairs. They’ve all lost something, which they hope to find again in the night. In six nights they meet and observe each other, avoid each other and attract each other like magnets. And if there's too little activity, the office complex helps with a power failure.
