The Park Ave Trail

Park Avenue is the spine of Sundance. Essentially you can take park avenue from one end to the other and travel between the two most important segments of the festival. On the north side of Park Ave, you can easily find the festival headquarters which happens to be right across the street from Eccles which houses many of the major premiers. From there, you can head South down Park ave which takes you past New frontier exhibits, The Ray, Prospector Square and many more venues as well as Fresh Market and a slew of affordable dining options. 

On the south side of Park ave you can find the most exciting area of Sundance right in front of the famous egyptian theatre. The streets are jam packed with anxious cinephiles nervously waiting to get into crowded screenings. Main street is also full of high-end restaraunts that includes a cannabanoid infused cafe, asian fusion, steakhouses, sushi and much more. Just about any genre of food, they have. However, the biggest setback is price. If you aren't ready to spend atleast $40 on your meal, this block should really only be visited to window shop and attempted screenings. It is certainly a must-visit when in Park City with it's beautiful, snowy landscapes surround a quaintly designed block. Ultimately, the best way to tour the majority of the festival is to take Park Ave from the north side to the south side and you will hit most major venues.
