TV Beats Forum took place before the official start of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event on November 23rd, 2018, where world-class TV industry professionals shared their valuable experience and discussed the main principles of building a successful TV production industry ecosystem. ANTON DOLIN'S SEMINAR ON FILM FESTIVALS

Anton Dolin, the most famous film critic and journalist in Russia, will share the latest highlights and tendencies in film production and at festivals today at 18:00 at Nordic Hotel Forum, room Sirius.

18:00 – 20:00 Film Production and the Future of Film Festivals
What is actually going on in the film and festival industries and in what direction exactly are we moving? The interactive seminar is targeted at professionals as well as a wider audience interested in the latest trends.
Anton Dolin is a Russian journalist, film critic and presenter on radio stations Mayak and Vesti FM, as well as a film commentator on Russia’s most popular late-night show «Vecherniy Urgant» on Channel One. Since June 2017, he is the Editor-in-Chief of «Iskusstvo kino» magazine.

The finale of the European Genre Forum annual cycle Sales and Marketing lab in Tallinnstarts off today and runs until November 30. The Sales and Marketing Lab will finish with the long-awaited Final Pitch of the eight fresh and exciting projects from the participants ofEGF 2018 training cycle.

The EGF Sales and Marketing Lab in Tallinn will feature extensive pitch training workshop by acclaimed pitch trainer Sibylle Kurz. Special sessions are focusing on topics connected to the sales & marketing of projects, including how to create an attractive project package, understanding monetisation, deals and dynamics of digital distribution.

The Press & Industry screenings are showcasing films participating in the various competition programmes of the festival or have their world premiere in the non-competitive sections. In addition, the programme includes some market screenings that are not related to the festival’s programme.
The Press & Industry screenings are reserved for the PRESS and INDUSTRY / INDUSTRY + FESTIVAL badge holders of the 22nd Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and the 2018 edition of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event.

The Festival + Industry Badge gives you the right to claim a single ticket (valid with badge) for any of the screenings of the festival main programme, Just Film and PÖFF Shorts. You can claim four tickets a day, with a maximum of 40 tickets.
