"I am a student currently studying abroad in Cannes at the College International de Cannes, taking classes in French and the French Culture, but at my college back home, I am a General Communications Major trying to graduate and get a job in the entertainment industry. My main passions lie in the telling of story and the many arcs, themes, and motifs that are involved in stories. Cannes International Film Festival is where stories are going to be held.
Throughout my college years I’ve had many jobs in making short films, such as directing, writing, acting, key grip, boom operator, sound, editing and I’ve even had some experience in color correction, so I have experience in many aspects of the making of a film. In addition, my degree is in communication, so I’ve taken classes on public speaking and understanding the mass media and writing for it. In whatever I’m needed to do I’ll take it with the story in mind, because in all things story is king; whether in making a film or choreographing a show, the story is everything. I intend to use all these experiences in what I’m asked of, doing it to the best of my ability."
