The Truth Comes Out on Cannes opening Day
Cannes' 71st Film Festival begins tonight and the movie to start it all is the spanish Pshychological Thriller "Everybody Knows" (Todos Lo Saben) starring Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem. The story details the return of Carolina (Cruz) to her home in Madrid along with her husband and their children, unfortunately evernts start to spiral out of control and secrets are brought to light. It is directed and written by Oscar winning writer Asghar Farhadi and will be premiering tonight.
