Let's make a deal

Milano Film Festival opens up to the world of the audiovisual industry, through Debut, developed thanks to the support of SIAE: six days concentrated on first works and short films dedicated to young Italian and international creators and professionals. From September 13th to 18th, an open space of exchange for professionals and beginners, including producers, distributors, students, festival and cultural operators.

On monday September 12th, before the Marathon, at 7 pm at Mudec Under Screen section hosts the experimentations of Erdal Inci: screening of The Clones Project and meeting with the Turkish artist famous all over the world as a prolific producer of Graphic Interchange Format (GIFs). His work is based on the repetition of the subject in the image and the same image infinitely.

The Cinema of Grandrieux

It is with great satisfaction that we are hosting in Milan one of the most original and innovative voice of contemporary French cinema. Philippe Grandrieux, born in 1954 – one of the jury member of the International Feature Film Competition - has made only 4 feature films, that will be screened at #MFF, but his variegated artistic experience includes installations, documentaries, short films, photografic exhibitions and experimental projects for television.
