Adastra Films is an innovative production company based in Cannes, specialized in interactive cinema and virtual reality 360° content. The ‘Alpha Pill’ project, a unique experience that allows the viewers to interact live with the film, is premiering in Cannes on 17th May 2016. The company is awarded Best Emerging Producer by France Télévisions in 2014 and one of the Future Leaders in Production by Screen magazine in 2015. Agit Prog is an online film catalogue for an alternative circuit of theatrical exhibition. It brings together a diverse collection of unique titles that have been barely or not at all distributed. Agit Prog aims at being a tool for independent exhibitors who wish to set up a different kind of programming as well as a stepping stone for films that have not received the exposure they deserve outside the festival circuit. This initiative is meant to promote theatrical screenings worldwide by using digital flows to facilitate access to the films on the platform in all territories and for all audiences. The third B3 Biennial of the Moving Image will take place in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. The main focus of the B3 is to celebrate and invigorate crossparticipation across all the artistic disciplines (from film to TV to VR to art to games).
