Feature line up for Fantasporto 2016 announced
The 36th edition of Fantasporto- Oporto International Film Festival will be held between the 26th February and the 5th March 2016., at the Teatro Municipal Rivoli. As always, trying to join innovation with the promotion of Cinema, both national and international , Fantasporto will celebrate Music as the theme of the year. Competitions for Fantasy Films (features and shorts – Line up for the shorts will be anounced December 28th), the Directors Week (features only) and Portuguese Cinema and also the Non- competitive Sections such as Première and Panorama, Retrospectives and Tributes. The 2016 edition will celebrate the work of Macedonian Director MILCHO MANCHEVSKI, the winner of the Golden Lion of the Venice Film Festival with his film “Before the Rain”.
