Remembering Rob Fernandez

Memorial Celebration (House of Rob) for legendary event promoter Rob Fernandez (1967 – 2015) at Pacha New York, was held Wednesday, September 16, 2015. World famous DJ artists who paid their respects at the historical event included Jellybean Benitez, Father Chris, Johnny Dynell, Kaskade, Danny Krivit, and Erick Morillo.

An event promoter career that spanned 25 years began with Deep House Mafia nightlife event owner Christopher James Robinson (Father Chris). Fernandez created Rob Promotions, a nightlife events management and promotions. In 2005, as Pacha New York staff member, Fernandez became director of promotions and bookings. In 2007, he co-founded RPM Presents with Pacha New York president Eddie Dean, the world's premier dance music marketing and management group. Fernandez co-produced dance music event Dance.Here.Now. with nightlife promoter Benny Soto at Cielo, New York.

Pacha New York 10th Anniversary Celebration with resident DJ artist Erick Morillo commence Saturday, December 12, 2015. The world-renowned mega nightclub that gave beloved promoter legend a room for nightlife marketing and event production management, will close in January 2016.

The greatest gift Fernandez wanted to give his son Rian was an education. In the spirit of giving, let's embrace the Rian Fernandez Education Fund created by president Dean and staff members of Pacha New York.
