5 Things we Learned from Mad Max

I just saw the re-screening of Mad Max and it was absolutely spectacular. A review is coming, but for now here are five fun components of the film that are hard to miss.
5 things we learned from Mad Max:
1. Tom Hardy wears more masks in his movies then Richard Hamilton in ’04.
2. Only Nicholas Hoult can pick up girls looking like the albino monk in “The Da Vinci Code.”
3. Charlize Theron can beat up Tom Hardy with one hand tied behind her back.
4. George Miller is a hard core environmentalist and quite possibly a feminist (though he did say in his press conference that was not his intention with the film).
5. It is only possible to top the amount of chase scenes in Fast 7 if the whole movie is a chase scene.
“Mad Max” will air again on either the 21st or 22nd along with all of the other big films of the festival and I definitely suggest making it a point to see it.
