Opening Day of the 67th Cannes Film Festival

Opening day of the Cannes Fim Festival wrapped yesterday, May 14th. The festival has transformed Cannes from a quaint beach town to a star-studded film mecca. 

The Festival opened with the Grace of Monaco Premiere, a highly anticipated and highly appropriate photo to open the Festival, as Cannes is located just 50 kilometers from Monaco. Nicole Kidman leads the cast along with stealing the spotlight on the Festival's first red carpet. Others spotted on the carpet include Audrey Tautou, Blake Lively, Pamela Anderson, Zoe Saldana, Jane Fonda, and countless others. 

While the film has not come without controversy, the red carpet certainly dazzled and delighted the crowd.
