A bitterly funny mocumentary about a gay male couple's frantic world after they adopt a baby. - Q Fest

In the satiric tradition of Christopher Guest (This Is Spinal Tap, Best in Show), comes this very funny mockumentary about the trials and tribulations of a bickering gay couple who find their world turned upside down after they adopt a baby. Based on Chad Darnell's award winning short film "Groom's Cake" (2012 QFest), the story is expanded to feature length as the couple, the handsome TV actor Steven (Rib Hillis) and the perennially caustic writer Daniel (Darnell), navigate their always stormy relationship with that of raising a baby. Troubles begin immediately when, returning their little boy home from the clinic, they quickly discover he is in fact a she ("Oh my God, what is that? What happened to his penis?") As the camera roll, the couple's domestic world is soon turned upside down when both sets of parents descend for the baby's upcoming first birthday party. Including in the motley familial group is Dan's homophobic sister, his estranged mother (Helen Shaver) and Steven's increasingly senile nana (Lee Meriwether, of Catwoman and "Time Tunnel" fame). As booze is poured, family secrets are revealed, a clown is killed and family and friends unleash their pent-up thoughts and desires. A bitingly sharp tale of one gay American family.

Vampire Boys 1  Trailer

The brood has their eyes set on Tara, a young, gorgeous and seductive blonde college student who is open to the idea of becoming a vampire, BUT, someone else enters the picture and disrupts the brood's plans. Caleb, a fresh faced college student, new to Los Angeles, keeps having dreams of a mysterious stranger. At school, Caleb meets the stranger, Jasin, and the two share an instant connection. Against tradition, and despite the impending deadline and protests from both the brood and Caleb's roommate, Jasin fights the battle to choose his own eternal "one".

Vampire Boys 2: The New Brood

Jasin and Caleb's eternal love is put to the test when Jasin's jilted lover Demetrius returns to get his revenge. Demetrius plots to destroy Jasin by creating an army of vampires by recruiting unwilling victims from the local boxing gym. Tara, reeling from her own rejection by Jasin, is eventually compelled by Demetrius to join him in his quest.

Ariztical Entertainment continues the #1 gay film franchise with the latest installment, Eating Out: The Open Weekend. The landmark series started in 2004 and was immediately recognized as "the new face of Queer Cinema" by The Advocate. What started off as one film has turned into a five film franchise notable not only for quality but also for the conscience choice to cast openly gay actors including American Idol contestant Jim Verraros, Emmy Award wining Leslie Jordan (Will & Grace, The Help, Sordid Lives), Michael Serrato (The Big Gay Sketch Show), Ronnie Kroell (Make Me a Supermodel) and Drew Droege (Comedian, The Chloe Files) along with creating opportunity for newcomers such as Daniel Skelton, Chris Salvatore and Aaron Milo among others.
