The 5th Okinawa International Movie Festival Red Carpet

The 5th Okinawa International Movie Festival opened today with Japan's top comedians making the trek down from Tokyo, courtesy of organisers Yoshimoto, to entertain the crowds.



Drawing a large gathering in the humid heat with spots of rain, the red carpet was followed by an open air screenings, and a welcome reception with guests including Joel Schumacher.



The festival runs until March 30th.
