Bermuda International Film Festival turns 16
The “Sweet 16th”annual Bermuda International Film Festival will take place from April 12 to 18, 2013.
The BIFF programming committee has been busy scouring the festival circuit to bring the best in world cinema to the island, alongside some home-grown gems straight from the onion patch.
As BIFF is one of only a small number worldwide of Academy Award Qualifying festival for the Short Film – Live Action Oscar, there will also be a diverse narrative shorts line-up screening in competition for the coveted Bermuda Shorts award presided over by an esteemed judging panel (to be announced).
There will also be a number of thought-provoking and highly regarded short documentaries for your viewing pleasure.
The full line-up will be announced in mid-March, with the BIFF box office opening shortly after.
