BIFF 2012 highlights

The 9th annual BIFF 2012 founded and spearheaded by lovely Leslie Vanderpool is a  superb ten day film festival in the exquisite Bahamas.

Surrounded by the most beautiful ocean waters and tropical backdrop on earth, BIFF offers the best elements for seasoned and first time producers, directors screenwriters and other professionals to gather and network.  Opening film Quartet released by The Weinstein Company screened at the festival's opening night at the Atlantis resort in Nassau followed by a beach party at Sandy Toes just a short boat ride away.  BIFF offers a travelling mini version of the festival with several stops in the heavenly island of Eleuthera. Closing film Sapphires closed the festival in Eleuthera followed by an outdoor barbecue and traditional Junkanoo parade. 

Next year's BIFF promises to be filled with  more activities panels and screenings bringing together top film industry professionals from around the world to gather in an luscious tropical backdrop.
