The festival will take place from November 23rd to 28th, 2010

The focus of exposed is on European Films from new talents. Allowed is the first or second feature length film of a director. There are no restrictions on formats or genres. The only restriction is about the length of films which shall be 65 minutes or longer.

The exposed film festival is dedicated to the first works of directors for several reasons:
First films are fresh and unconsumed.
First films demonstrate new approaches.
Those films are vibrant and exciting.
First films are cheeky sometimes and venturous.

So it’s obvious to establish an own festival for those films.
First films are rare to find in the regular cinema program, and if they are broadcasted on television, it’s done after midnight.
But with exposed it’s different. In our festival those secret treasures are the heart of the program.
And indeed you can talk about treasures. A lot of heart and soul and sometimes grandmas savings are used to realise films full of fresh ideas.
With exposed you can discover the talents from today, and perhaps some of them write film history tomorrow. Attend us on our journey.
