Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s Proclamation celebrating August 15-21, 2011 as New York International Latino Film Festival (NYILFF) days was presented by executive director Carlos Manzano, NYC Latin Media & Entertainment Commission at the 12th NYILFF Opening Night Presentation of Chico and Rita, co-directed by Javier Mariscal, Fernando Trueba, and Tono Errando held at AMC Empire Cinemas, on Tuesday, August 16, 7:00 pm.
