Fest Director introduces the Bollywood Festival Norway 2011

The 9th Bollywood Festival has the honor to present you one and all " a vibrant journey through culture, dance and music of Bollywood".  You are warmly invited to take part in this 7 days the Indian dance and film festival. This year also, the festival  encompassing  best films from bollywood along with instrumental folk music, Classical Indian dance, Modern Bollywood dance, Bollywood ballet, and a tribute Music Concert. All the main events will be held at the heart of Lørenskog, in the new beautiful "Lørenskog Culture Hus and Cinema".

This is first time we have the main event taking place here, and looking forward for your cooperation to make this a great successful event. So, now you tuned to whats one the menu of Bollywood festival??.

Here is the teaser of programme comprising : a gala star- studded opening ceremony famous Bollywood stars and directors will attend the festival this year, a energetic music and dance concert. There will be 22 films entertain  to every one right from the children, youth and family films.

This year mega festival going to be kick start with a world premier of the film "Bodygaurd". There will be dance; an opportunity for you to enroll in the dance workshops, we have Bollywood dance show at Dansens Hus with closing ceremony in Oslo . New events on the chart of this year are Masterclass with director Prakash Jha,  a day especially devoted to Tagore. And a seminar on Honour Killings and extremism and closing ceremony with the Bollywood Concert at Cosmopolite in Oslo.
