Second Imphal International Short Film Festival 2013

The Second edition of Imphal International Short Film Festival
(IISFF) will be held from March 24-28th, 2013 in Manipur, India. More
than 100 short films will be screened during the five day event. Imphal
International Short Film Festival is the biggest event in North East
India & promoted by "Legend Studio Manipur and Action for Social
Advancement (ASA) Manipur" with the support of Film Forum Manipur.

1. Every short film produced between the period (April 2012 till
January 2013) and up to 30 minutes long can register in the Second
Imphal International Short Film Festival 2013.

2. No work or artist
will be either discriminated or favored by their country of origin,
language, age, race, education, ideology, or by their economic
resources. Every content, every form, every technique will be admitted
with no censorship of any kind.

3. For equality of opportunities,
whichever the original format (film, analogical video, digital video,
animation), all the films will be evaluated in the same standard
digital format.

4. All non-English foreign films / regional Indian films must have English sub-titles.

5. Hindi films should be dubbed in English language for the purpose of screening to general public.

6. Film must be submitted on DVD in the AVI/MPEG FORMAT ONLY (Festival
Management will not be responsible if film is not screened due to
problem with the DVD).

7. Along with the film, three stills of the film and a 60 second promo of the film should be sent for promotional activities.

8. Late deadline for registration is 31st January, 2013.

9. All films which are selected / nominated for the Festival, will be
informed by emails & listed on our Web site
www.imphalfilmfestival.org.

10. Filmmakers whose film got
selected for screening at Second IISFF 2013 will be provided free
fooding and lodging. No Travelling Allowances or Compensation provided.

ENTRY FEES

Rs 2000/- for Indian entries and US $ 100 for
International. Entry fees payable by CASH / DD / Pay Orders in Favor
of: "M/S Lai Infotech" payable at Imphal.
