Application conditions

1. Applicants must be secondary school or
university students (or equivalence).



2. The film submitted must
be subtitled in English.



3. Only the films which have been
selected by the members of judges will be on shows.



4. The film
must be submitted in a good quality file as a Quick Time, AVI, H.264, or
MPEG2 format.



5. All submissions must be sent to:
